1 Scope

This notice covers the MFLOW company website at mflow.com.au, operated by MFLOW PTY LTD (ACN 633 568 635). It explains the information involved in browsing this site and contacting us. It does not describe how information is handled inside TRCKR or BubCue.

2 Visiting this website

This is an informational website. It has no advertising trackers, contact forms or account registration. Fonts and images are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party font or advertising services.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is visited. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, the site that referred you and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google’s handling of this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, but that does not stop Google Analytics from receiving information about your visits. To stop that, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or use a browser or extension that blocks the Google tag.

Apart from Google Analytics, the website does not set cookies or store information in your browser. Its own small script runs only in your browser: it animates the drawings in response to your pointer, scrolling and keyboard, and, when you select Copy address, places our email address on your clipboard. That script makes no network requests and does not record or send your pointer movements.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub states that it logs and stores visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, whether or not visitors are signed in to GitHub. Its handling of this information is described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Google and GitHub may store or process this information outside Australia, including in the United States.

3 Contacting MFLOW

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that correspondence to respond to your enquiry and manage any related follow-up. Our email service also processes the message to deliver and store it.

Please send only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not email passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal documents.

Our email provider may store or process your correspondence outside Australia, including in the United States.

4 Product websites and external links

Links to TRCKR, GitHub, Google and other external websites take you to separate services. Those services have their own privacy information. This company website notice does not replace the notices applicable to a product or service you choose to use.
